Submissions are anonymous: no account, and your note is also kept in this browser. Accepted messages are emailed to the site owner via FormSubmit. Put your address in PUBLIC_FEEDBACK_EMAIL in .env; it is included in the built site, so use an address you are comfortable exposing.
